Account help

Use Profile in the app to update your details, change your password, export data, disconnect your bank, or delete your account.

Bank sync

Bank connections run through Plaid. If sync looks stale, reconnect the bank or use manual entries while the institution catches up.

The domain mailbox is no longer monitored. The website contact form is the single support channel for account help, privacy questions, security reports, deletion requests, and product feedback. Messages go into the private support dashboard so they do not get lost.

Forecast Wallet is free and independently operated. Availability and response times are not guaranteed. Never send bank passwords, one-time passcodes, full account numbers, card numbers, Plaid secrets, or private admin tokens in a support message.
